- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- must be able to respond to emergencies promptly
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public use spaces
- vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets
- respond to resident room emergencies
- log cleaning activities as required
- interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
