Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Desire to serve all guests
- Willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out as scheduled
- Clock in/out for breaks at the designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform physical demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Able to follow instructions and perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to enhance guest relations
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by working as a team
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all hotel groups and events
- Demonstrate understanding of relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the hotel
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest with a smile and by name while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and maintain professional grooming
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally within the team
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment for guests and positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned
