Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds occasionally
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Possesses a positive and proactive service attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
