Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen years old
- must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for long periods
- must pass pre-employment drug screening including marijuana and other controlled substances
- adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- must abstain from alcohol consumption while onboard
- willingness to participate in safety and emergency training
- acceptance of temporary nature of the position with no guarantee of extension or promotion

- ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- acknowledging guests by name and responding to housekeeping inquiries promptly
- vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- organizing inventory and stocking linens and supplies
- cleaning up spills promptly and reporting maintenance needs
- collecting and disposing of trash responsibly
- cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- building genuine relationships with guests and efficiently handling housekeeping requests
- greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
