Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is beneficial
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Willingness to undergo TB test
Ability to work in a team and independently

Job Qualifications

Compassionate and respectful of seniors
Ability to be self-directed and function in a team environment
Personable, energetic, and hardworking
Previous housekeeping experience a plus
Experience working with seniors is a plus
Willingness to take TB test

Job Duties

Clean resident rooms and common areas
Wash laundry items and provide clean linen and towels
Communicate effectively
Practice effective team behavior
Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
Organize and manage time effectively
Build resident and family satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director
