Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change bed linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures strictly
- Greet residents and guests at tables, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review menus, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts courteously
- Return the serving cart to the kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets after meals
- Complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
