Job Requirements

completion of 2 years of high school equivalent education
no previous cleaning experience required
ability to stand and walk for entire shift
ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as needed
ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work weekends if required

Job Duties

maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and team members
perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards
visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
assist guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information
provide friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
