Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Experience in memory care setting preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good communication skills to report maintenance issues
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Clean resident apartment homes including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, washing windows
Empty trash, waste and other disposable materials and transport to disposal area
Assist care staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces
Report needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
