Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
ability to stand and walk for entire shift
capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Qualifications

Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to follow verbal and written instructions
thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
ability to work independently without direct supervision
excellent customer service skills
willingness to work weekends

Job Duties

Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
help with laundry or cleaning public areas when necessary
provide friendly and courteous service responding quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude
contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as part of the schedule
