Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Willingness and ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
Successful completion of pre-employment drug test
No consumption of alcohol during employment
Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Temporary employment not to extend beyond 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
Acknowledge guests by name and handle housekeeping inquiries and service requests according to company standards
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
Clean spills promptly and report maintenance needs
Collect and dispose of trash properly
Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
Build genuine relationships with guests and cater to housekeeping requests efficiently
Participate in special events such as greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during teas, snacks, and cocktail parties
