Job Requirements

Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds regularly
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable and punctual work attendance
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Basic communication skills in English
Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a laundry attendant is a bonus but not required
Flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic English proficiency for reading labels, following instructions, and handling guest requests
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail and efficiency
Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
Dependable, ethical, and takes pride in quality work
Positive demeanor and team-oriented mindset
Quick learner with a strong work ethic
Ability to balance independent work with teamwork

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms to perfection by making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and restocking supplies
Maintain public areas to ensure cleanliness and guest readiness
Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
Report maintenance issues and room status updates to the front desk
Work independently and efficiently while collaborating with a supportive team
Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety protocols
Contribute to creating a memorable experience that encourages guest loyalty
