Job Requirements
- pass drug screening excluding marijuana
- complete tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
- comply with covid-19 and influenza vaccination requirements as mandated by law
- ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail
- ability to lift and move household items as needed
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
- flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Duties
- perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
- conduct laundry functions including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
- ensure all areas are safe and inviting for residents and visitors
- adhere to Sunrise quality service standards
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- collaborate with team members to support smooth operation of the community
- follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
