Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow instructions verbally and in writing
- ability to work independently
- ability to walk and stand throughout the entire work shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- willingness to maintain a cooperative and positive work relationship with all hotel departments
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- dedication to excellent customer service

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- visually inspect rooms for maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a positive service attitude
- contribute to a positive work environment at all times
