Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but optional
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational skills and effective time management

Job Duties

Create a home away from home by cleaning and arranging guest rooms meticulously
Maintain cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces to uphold hotel standards
Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies
Make beds with crisp linens and ensure bathroom fixtures are spotless
Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Address guest requests and concerns with a positive and proactive attitude
Adapt to various tasks and shifts demonstrating flexibility
Take ownership and strive for excellence in all assigned duties
