Job Duties

  • Create a home away from home by cleaning and arranging guest rooms meticulously
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces to uphold hotel standards
  • Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies
  • Make beds with crisp linens and ensure bathroom fixtures are spotless
  • Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for smooth operations
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
  • Address guest requests and concerns with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Adapt to various tasks and shifts demonstrating flexibility
  • Take ownership and strive for excellence in all assigned duties
