Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work at least 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Comply with grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
- Adhere to alcohol prohibition while on board
- Successful completion of emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries and service requests according to service standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills promptly and notify managers of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Create genuine relationships with guests and efficiently handle housekeeping requests
- Assist during special events such as greeting guests on embarkation, supporting afternoon tea, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
