Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including for marijuana and other substances
- Must comply with grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
- Must agree to alcohol consumption prohibition during employment
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment and notify managers of necessary maintenance requests
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently cater to all housekeeping requests
- Assist with greeting guests during embarkation and help during special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
