Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Can-do attitude
  • Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Must have a desire to serve all guests
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out as scheduled
  • Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out of scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service or consumer-facing franchise preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude with willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly
  • Desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to arrive and clock in on time and abide by scheduled breaks and shift rules
  • Able to perform essential physical functions and tasks required by the role

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
  • Support hotel groups and events
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and safe
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public areas as needed
  • Greet every guest with a smile and name while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Prepare accurate and timely handover reports for shifts
  • Wear clean, approved uniforms and nametags while well-groomed
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude to meet business and guest needs
  • Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned, including deep cleaning and organizing storage and public spaces
