Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Must meet physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing, including screening for Marijuana and controlled substances
- Strict no consumption of alcohol during employment
- Adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to participate in emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment limited to 28 weeks
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledging guests by name and addressing housekeeping inquiries and service requests according to company standards
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and reporting maintenance needs
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Building genuine relationships with guests and responding efficiently to housekeeping requests
- Assisting with special events, such as greeting guests upon embarkation, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail parties
