Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- must comply with all safety requirements
- required to complete and successfully pass Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Clean available units and or model homes and common areas including pool area, gym, and property office as directed
- dust, sweep, vacuum, wipe down trim and molding, clean glass windows and doors, sweep exterior patios, pick up and remove trash, clean and sanitize bathrooms
- follow safety standards when performing tasks
- follow manufacturer's instructions and recommendations when using chemicals or operating equipment
- clean and properly store equipment and supplies at the end of each shift
- follow proper infection control and universal precautions when performing tasks
- perform other duties as directed by the property manager
