Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
- A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and standards
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- Driver's license preferred
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Available to work typical daytime hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in house cleaning or related field is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company cleaning standards
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Job Duties
- Perform professional house cleaning using The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Follow strict safety protocols including use of EPA approved disinfectants, masks, and gloves
- Clean residential homes thoroughly including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain positive communication with customers and team members
- Report any damages or issues in a timely manner
- Attend training sessions to improve cleaning techniques and career skills
- Adhere to scheduled working hours Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends
