Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Be able to pass a background check
Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and standards
Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
Driver's license preferred
Available to work Monday to Friday
Available to work typical daytime hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in house cleaning or related field is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to company cleaning standards
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Job Duties

Perform professional house cleaning using The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System
Follow strict safety protocols including use of EPA approved disinfectants, masks, and gloves
Clean residential homes thoroughly including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
Maintain positive communication with customers and team members
Report any damages or issues in a timely manner
Attend training sessions to improve cleaning techniques and career skills
Adhere to scheduled working hours Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends
