Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- certification in CPR and First Aid, training available upon hire
- ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language
- experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning and servicing resident's apartments, common areas, guest rooms, and offices
- change linens in apartments as scheduled
- may have laundry duties
- spot clean carpets as needed
- service apartments as they become vacant and ensure efficient apartment turnover
- review the physical environment of the facility regularly and direct requests for repair and replacement
- assist personnel and residents in establishing a home-like atmosphere
- perform all other duties assigned
