Job Requirements
- Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings shifts during the week, including weekends as needed
- Ability to carry and maneuver cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
- Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to follow health standards and safety precautions
- Effective communication skills to report damage, theft, or found articles
- Physical ability to perform duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and lifting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education preferred
- No prior experience required
Job Duties
- Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items
- Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers
