- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Understanding of elderly care principles
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple roles
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications

- Willingness to be cross-trained as Resident Care Aide and Food Service Worker
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning throughout the facility
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met
- Follow written and oral instructions carefully
- Collaborate with other staff as cross-trained Resident Care Aide and Food Service Worker
- Assist with additional duties as assigned related to resident care and food service
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents
