Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- restock guest room amenities such as toiletries towels coffee and other items as needed
- inspect all room equipment and furniture for good working condition and report maintenance issues
- assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways lounges and restrooms
- follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- provide courteous and professional service addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently
- handle laundry services including collecting washing folding and delivering linens and towels
- monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities ensuring timely restocking
- prepare rooms for new guests ensuring they meet hotel standards of cleanliness and comfort
