Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Effective English communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, checking heat system filters, changing bed linens, and ensuring adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning focusing on main entry areas, carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests courteously, serving beverages, meals, desserts, and taking accurate orders
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms when needed
- Bus and sanitize dining tables and chairs, vacuum dining area carpets, and complete side work such as refilling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
