Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and move quickly for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
- Completion of any required training and certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required)
- Completion of training with certification sign-off
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
- Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
- Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
- Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion
- Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
