Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or related hospitality role preferred
- flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied shifts
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing walking and lifting
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries towels coffee and other supplies
- inspecting rooms to ensure equipment and furniture are in good condition reporting maintenance issues
- assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas including hallways lounges and restrooms
- following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
- providing courteous and professional service addressing guest requests and concerns promptly
- handling laundry services including collecting washing folding and delivering linens and towels
- monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities ensuring timely restocking
- preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
