Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good vision and hearing
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pass a background check
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good physical condition to meet job’s physical demands
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in and around clubhouse and restaurant areas
- Perform custodial duties during evening hours from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Work weekend shifts as required
- Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds to shoulder height
- Bend, turn, kneel, and stoop frequently during shift
- Stand for extended periods
- Communicate effectively in English
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
- Comply with background check requirements
