Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the shift
- Flexible availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Willingness to follow instructions and deliver excellent customer service

- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Support teamwork by fostering a positive work environment
- Work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as required
