Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in facility maintenance or custodial role preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
flexibility to work evenings and weekends
willingness to follow safety guidelines
ability to communicate in English
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Sweeps and washes floors
vacuums carpet
washes walls
dusts furniture and fixtures
cleans ashtrays
removes trash from work areas to the loading dock or dumpster
assists other maintenance employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas
cleans unexpected spills
executes special guest requests
maintains effective guest relations
performs special projects delegated by management
stays updated on department and location developments
