Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including bed changes, linen supply, refrigerator cleaning, and waste removal
- Perform deep cleaning duties focusing on carpets, plants, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests with a smile while serving beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders and serve meals and desserts
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear dishes, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work including replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
