Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer-facing role preferred
Must have a positive can-do attitude
Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
Clear and effective communication skills
Desire to provide excellent guest service
Willingness to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
Follow clock-in/out policies for breaks
Provide sufficient notice when unable to work a scheduled shift
Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Qualifications

Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Desire to serve all guests with hospitality
Must be 18 years of age or older
Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/clock-out policies
Ability to clock in/out during scheduled breaks
Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out

Job Duties

Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel properly welcomed
Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
Possess strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
Support all groups and events at the hotel as needed
Use relevant technology for the role effectively
Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greeting
Keep all workspaces clean, well-organized, and safe
Assist team members in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
Greet every guest with a smile by name if possible while cleaning
Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools on assigned work cart
Clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly per shift
Perform additional cleaning projects assigned by supervisors in storage rooms, public areas, guest laundry, and room deep cleaning activities
Ensure all operational checklists are completed accurately and on time
Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
Maintain a flawless uniform and groomed appearance with a nametag and smile
Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication with team members
Demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional role boundaries to meet business and guest needs
Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace
