Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
Basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
Ability to retain and manage up to four resident orders at one time
Strong organization and time management skills
Basic computer skills

Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for community areas and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common spaces
Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, changing linens, and emptying waste baskets
Perform deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning carpets, plants, pictures, windows, and light fixtures
Launder all linens using on-site laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests, take meal orders, and serve meals and beverages
Bus and clear tables after meals and complete related side work such as refilling supplies
