Job Requirements

One year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferred
Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer and dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as required
Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required

Job Duties

Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
Clean public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas
Perform all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor
Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas
