Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three months related experience in cleaning or janitorial work
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties
- Ability to hear and understand speech and other sounds

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety principles, laws, and regulations
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and neat environment in assigned areas including patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby areas
- Participate in cleaning activities such as dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture, and emptying trash
- Keep assigned areas fully stocked with supplies like paper towels and toilet paper
- Maintain stock on individual cleaning carts including wet and dry supplies
- Maintain good customer relations at all times
- Sort, wash, and accurately deliver linens
