Job Requirements

A high level of energy self-motivation and ability to work independently
Dependable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable standing walking bending and lifting up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
Prompt and regular attendance is essential the hotel operates 24/7
Minimum availability of 16 hours per week for part-time positions
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening as required by law
Willingness to perform any additional duties as requested by management
Weekly review and approval of electronic timecard for payroll accuracy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Positive attitude and customer service skills

Job Duties

Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily including making beds dusting vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Replace used linens and towels replenish guest amenities and ensure room readiness for new arrivals
Perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or assigned
Maintain and restock housekeeping cart with supplies and linens at the start and end of each shift
Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and designated areas
Respond to guest requests promptly and with a friendly helpful attitude
Report any maintenance concerns via work orders for timely resolution
