Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience performing routine and repetitive cleaning tasks
- ability to follow detailed written instructions
- attention to detail in work routine required
- ability to perform prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10-15 pounds with or without assistance
- visual and auditory acuity and manual dexterity
- ability to work in stressful and fast paced environment
- ability to pass all required health and screening tests
- willingness to use personal protective equipment
- ability to handle exposure to hazardous or infectious agents
- flexibility to work irregular or extended hours if necessary

Job Duties
- Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors
- vacuums and spot cleans carpets
- dusts furniture, woodwork, and equipment
- polishes and cleans fixtures in utility room and bathrooms
- cleans windows, walls, toilets, and other restrooms
- stocks supplies in rest rooms
- removes soiled linens, trash, and bio-hazard materials
- notifies supervisor regarding needed repairs
- submits supply order sheets weekly
- gathers and disposes of trash and waste materials
- assists with laundry tech linen handler tasks
- assists with utility tech tasks
- participates in educational programs and in-services
- attends meetings as required
