Job Duties
- Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors
- Vacuums and spot cleans carpets
- Dusts furniture, woodwork, equipment, and dust mops floors
- Polishes and cleans fixtures in utility room and bathrooms
- Cleans fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, rest rooms, etc.
- Stocks supplies in rest rooms as needed
- Removes solid linens, trash, bio-hazard from collection areas
- Notifies supervisor regarding needed repairs
- submits supply order sheets on a weekly basis
- Gathers and disposes trash and waste materials
- Assists and performs Laundry Tech Linen Handler functions as needed
- Assists and performs Utility Tech functions as needed
- Participates in educational programs and in-services
- Attends meetings as required
