Job Duties
- Perform cleaning functions in assigned area
- sweep, mop, and polish floors
- vacuum and spot clean carpets
- dust furniture, woodwork, and equipment, dust mop floors
- polish and clean fixtures in utility room and bathrooms
- clean fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, rest rooms
- stock supplies in rest rooms as needed
- remove solid linens, trash, bio-hazard from collection areas
- notify supervisor regarding needed repairs
- submit supply order sheets on a weekly basis
- gather and dispose trash and waste materials
- assist and perform Laundry Tech Linen Handler functions as needed
- assist and perform Utility Tech functions as needed
- participate in educational programs and in-services
- attend meetings as required
