Job Requirements

Job Duties
- cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas
- coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services
- perform dust mopping, wet mopping, vacuuming, stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, shampooing, and extraction
- deliver clean linen and dispose of soiled linen and trash
- clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating and cooling units
- sanitize bathroom fixtures and clean windows and mirrors
- follow proper chemical mixing and cleaning techniques
- adhere to infection control procedures
- maintain quality of linen and supply par levels
- notify supervisor of any unusual situations
- assist with security by reporting incidents
- be able to push, pull, move, or lift a minimum of 60 pounds
