Job Requirements
- Pass a drug test excluding marijuana
- Complete tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
- Comply with Covid-19 and influenza vaccination mandates as required by law
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with residents and team members
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain cleanliness
- Ensure a safe and inviting environment for residents and team members
- Meet and exceed Sunrise quality service standards
- Maintain resident rooms, common areas, and community spaces in accordance with cleanliness protocols
- Manage linen and laundry operations efficiently
- Support infection control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to enhance resident comfort and satisfaction
