Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- able to provide housekeeping and laundry services meeting quality standards
- desire to work with seniors
- commitment to safety and infection control practices
- ability to communicate effectively
- competency in organizational and time management skills
- willingness to participate in required training and team engagement
- compliance with drug testing and health screenings as mandated by Sunrise and local regulations
Job Qualifications

- experience providing housekeeping and laundry services in a resident-centered environment

- ability to handle multiple priorities and frequent interruptions
Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding quality standards
- clean floors, fixtures, furniture, and surfaces as per schedule
- respect residents' privacy by knocking before entering and during cleaning
- maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly condition
- collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry following approved procedures
- assist care managers with resident care when requested
- ensure safety compliance by storing chemicals properly and managing hazards
- participate in team engagement activities and training sessions
- perform other duties as assigned
