Job Duties
- Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
- Adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs while respecting residents' rights
- Take personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision
- Demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
- Address work-related problems with the proper individuals
- Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information
- Present with a neat, clean appearance
