Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in housekeeping or similar environments
- Commitment to providing quality resident-centered service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Compliance with drug test and health screening requirements
- As applicable, willingness to review and comply with driver safety duties

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting quality standards
- Perform cleaning duties on schedule including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and polishing
- Respect residents' privacy by knocking before entering rooms
- Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly condition
- Transport and manage clean and soiled linen supplies
- Collect and dispose of trash ensuring cleanliness of receptacles and collection areas
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and inspect linens following approved laundry procedures
- Assist care managers and department coordinators with resident care as requested
- Follow safety and risk management policies including proper chemical storage, hazard prevention, and infection control measures
- Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement activities
- Contribute to team success by adhering to principles of service and demonstrating good judgment and problem-solving skills
