Job Requirements

  • No previous cleaning experience required
  • requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
  • ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
  • ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stretch
  • ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
  • flexible scheduling and availability to work weekends
  • ability to work without direct supervision

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
  • ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
  • perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain rooms in accordance with established standards
  • visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
  • assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
  • deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
  • contribute to a positive work environment for all team members and guests
