Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- Comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age

- Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently handle housekeeping requests
- Assist with guest greeting and support special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
