Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
Comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
Ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age

Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure

Job Duties

Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries and service requests
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
Collect and dispose of trash
Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently handle housekeeping requests
Assist with guest greeting and support special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
