Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant relevant working experience
- Some college education desirable
- Ability to lead and coordinate a multi-lingual moving team
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to drive non-CDL company vehicles safely
- Competence in completing shipment-related documentation accurately
Job Qualifications
- Strong teamwork skills and inclination
- Good communications skill including listening, providing and receiving feedback
- Ability in process improvement
- Patience to manage complex approval processes
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or relevant working experience
- Some college education is desirable
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate with a moving team the preparation and movement of customer household goods
- Customer relations
- Provide general business support including Japanese/English translation
- Maintain good working relationships with customers via phone and email
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with drivers
- Drive company vehicles safely
- Ensure shipment documentation is properly completed
