Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant relevant working experience
  • Some college education desirable
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a multi-lingual moving team
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to drive non-CDL company vehicles safely
  • Competence in completing shipment-related documentation accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Strong teamwork skills and inclination
  • Good communications skill including listening, providing and receiving feedback
  • Ability in process improvement
  • Patience to manage complex approval processes
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or relevant working experience
  • Some college education is desirable
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate with a moving team the preparation and movement of customer household goods
  • Customer relations
  • Provide general business support including Japanese/English translation
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers via phone and email
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with drivers
  • Drive company vehicles safely
  • Ensure shipment documentation is properly completed
