Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
- Competent computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office use
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work overtime when required
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Japanese with ability to read, write and speak both languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work overtime to meet customer needs
Job Duties
- Effectively communicate with customers to prepare necessary moving documents
- Ensure all shipment documentation is properly completed
- Coordinate with moving team on packing, removing, and loading customer goods
- Maintain professional working relationships with the moving team
- Provide general business support as assigned
- Communicate directions clearly to drivers and moving team
- Work overtime as needed to meet customer requirements
