Job Requirements
- Must have a car available every day
- Must have valid car insurance
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Must be reliable and presentable
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Must be willing to clean homes professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures
- Clean 2-4 houses a day as a solo cleaner or part of a team
- Ensure homes are freshly cleaned and groomed leaving a pleasing look and smell
- Follow all company safety and cleaning protocols
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Pass background and drug screening requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
