Job Requirements
- Minimum two years prior experience as a bartender or bar back
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Two-year experience as a cashier in a similar property
- Liquor Commission Card and certification from alcohol awareness program required to serve alcoholic beverages
- TB clearance
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to reach 6 feet
- Ability to stand and walk for a longer period of time throughout work shift
- Ability to maintain stationary position for longer periods throughout work shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in all outlets
- Strictly abide by all state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Take inventory, prepare beverage order and input order in Adaco in adherence to outlet’s guidelines
- Perform POS functions including inputting orders, verifying charges and settlement of checks
- Complete opening and closing side duties including counting and securing bank and completing reports
- Interact with guests at the bar, knowledgeable about food menu items and able to make suggestions
